Rio Grande Valley Dog Adventures Group (RGVDawg) was created to give active dog owners a place to network with others who share both their passion for dogs and for socializing with other dog owners. Our weekly "Dog Adventures" help to promote responsible dog ownership in the Rio Grande Valley in addition to putting the RGV on the map as being a "dog-friendly" destination.

Westie Owners Meetup group?
I met some nice young people and their new Westie puppies the other day at work. Having hardly ever seen a Westie in person, the day we picked Tucker up from the airport I saw TWO Westies at work. Then yesterday, when Dad and Matt were going to bring Tucker to choose some toys, again I meet TWO (granted one of them I had already met). So I gave them both my email/phone number and we're going to try and have some little playdates in the future, in addition to our regular Dog Adventures. All the puppies are around the same age AND from the same area as Tucker (DFW). It'll be interesting to see what they all look like as they mature.
